Watching Grass Grow

Well, I have been a little negligent updating my blog here……but I have realized that I have fallen into a pretty steady routine. Once you get used to things, Invisalign is pretty much pop um in and go process! 

At first, it is all new and you find yourself forgetting your tray holder when you go into the restaurant or forgetting to pop the trays back in after a meal. Now, its just all routine, no thought, just another day and all is “normal”. You just start to do things related to maintaining your Invisaligns just like you would if you wear glasses or when you get up an as part of your morning routine and you eat your breakfast.

One thing I have noticed now that I have been wearing my Invisaligns for a while is it is kind of like watching grass grow. You can’t see it growing but low and behold after a bit of time you gotta cut the grass. Same thing with Invisalign, you know they are working, you can feel it. Nothing happens fast though, but after a bit you start to SEE things changing. My teeth are shifting, I’m seeing space between teeth that had been so crowded that I could barely get floss between them. It is actually a little exciting watching the progression of my teeth moving like the models showed they would. Unfortunately, it is like watching grass grow!
