Pediatric dentists here are TOP-NOTCH! - Stonecreek's pediatric dentists are outstanding! My daughter so looks forward to going to the dentist, it's unbelievable. They aim to please- From the minute you call until you are taken care of, the ladies always do a great job. They offer you a beverage as soon as you get there. I didn't feel like the dentist or staff was trying to "sell me" on expensive unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. Felt right at home- As a new patient, and pregnant, I was treated with so much care and consideration. They offered helpful information on what to expect throughout my pregnancy and things to avoid. My son felt very at ease with each person he encountered and is excited about giving away all of his Halloween candy. I even had a great experience in billing! I left my old dentist because of continued billing issues. Here at Stonecreek, everyone was very up front about the dental plans for my family so we know what to expect and we don't have to pay until services are rendered. Cured my fear of dentists! I can't say enough good things about Stonecreek! I had bounced around between some not so desirable dental practices before landing upon Stonecreek, and haven't looked back since. I first came to Stonecreek bearing a huge irrational fear of the dentist. I no longer have such a fear. The staff are so warm, friendly and understanding, you can't help but be put at ease. I elected to take advantage of their "Sedation Dentistry" for some dental work and repairs, and it was money well spent. Deittra H - Stairs and teeth don't match! ~ Over the weekend I had fallen down a flight of stairs and broke a front tooth completely in half. I left a message for the Stonecreek on Sunday and by Monday morning had received a call to come in early that very same day. In just over an hour, I had my tooth repair with a temporary - with the permanent ordered and due in within weeks. Being in pain from the fall, I was very apprehensive about having the work done but Dr. Beal and the staff took amazing care of me and made me feel comfortable in a painful and embarrassing situation. I was greeted promptly and even offered a beverage (not just water), cookies, coffee, etc. There were treatments I had not received before during other dental visits, which made me feel secure in their ability to treat me at Stonecreek Dental Care. It was the first time I did not experience pain associated with my cleaning. The staff was gentle, but thorough. For treatments I would need they even offered a payment plan.
